AMENGUAL / TEDESCHI / AGUERREVERE TEAM
Our Story
We began working together at Merrill Lynch in Caracas, with members eventually moving to New York and Miami. In 2008 we joined Wells Fargo Advisors in Weston FL and in 2021 moved to Bolton Global Capital opening the new office in the same city. Everyone on the team is fully licensed and registered with the regulating agencies. We are all fluent in English and Spanish.
Ernesto Amengual
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Ernesto Amengual graduated from University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, did an MBA in Universidad Catolica Andres Bello. Ernesto started his career in the financial industry working in the Caracas Stock Exchange, in 1988 started his wealth management career at Merrill Lynch in Caracas. In 2000 was transferred to the Miami Office. Ernesto is responsible for managing client portfolios.
Leonardo Tedeschi
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Leonardo graduated from Northeastern University (Boston) with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and post-graduate studies in Finance from IESA (Caracas). In 2000 he began his career in the financial industry at Merrill Lynch in Caracas as a Financial Advisor, then moved to New York and later to Miami. His focus has always been advising private high-net-worth individuals and families achieve their financial goals through portfolio management and estate planning. When not helping clients, Leo is either playing tennis, golf or mountain biking. He has an amazing wife and 2 kids in college.
Jorge Aguerrevere
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Jorge Aguerrevere graduated from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He received his MBA from Drake University. In 1992 Jorge started his wealth management career at Merrill Lynch in Caracas. In 2003 Jorge and his family moved to Miami and continue working for Merrill Lynch. Jorge is responsible for managing client portfolios.
Maigualida Lanzetta
SENIOR REGISTERED CLIENT ASSOCIATE
Maigualida has a degree in Banking and Financial Resources Management from IUTIRLA (Caracas). She worked at Diners Club, being part of the Security Department, and later in charge of the Credit Analysis Department. In 1996, she began working at Merrill Lynch in Caracas. In 2004, she transferred with her family to Miami, FL. Maigualida provides administrative and operational support to her group, since 1997.
Carolina Castillo
SENIOR REGISTERED CLIENT ASSOCIATE
Carolina has an associate degree in Business Administration from Miami Dade College. She has worked since 1990 in financial services, 18 of those years in Merrill Lynch, and 13 in Wells Fargo Advisors. She provides administrative support to financial advisors and is responsible for enhancing existing and new client’s relationships. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Natalia Zeitounsian
ACCOUNT MANAGER - Bolton Global Capital
Natalia graduated from Universidad Catolica (Montevideo, Uruguay) with a bachelor’s in accounting, holds a Graduate Degree in Advanced Portfolio Management from Universidad de Montevideo (Montevideo, Uruguay) and a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University.
Natalia started her career in the financial industry in 2007. Prior to joining Bolton Global, she worked at Wells Fargo Advisors, Citigroup, and UBS Americas, among others. She got her Series 7 license in 2013, SIE in 2021 and Series 99 in 2023. Natalia is fluent in Spanish and English.
Phil Grenier
TRADING DEPARTMENT - Bolton Global Capital
Phil Grenier currently manages Bolton Global Capital’s trading desk which is responsible for fixed income, options, FX, and equity trading. Phil has been in the financial services industry since 2003. Phil graduated from New England Conservatory, and holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
